I have over 30 years of experience as a full time artist. I make my living as an artist and I make art full time. I can offer that experience to my students. I start with the basics with the beginning students and the advanced students learn both western and non-western painting techniques from me.
I love my life as an artist and I would not trade it for any other!

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I believe that the role of the instructor is to have his/her students develop and deepen their appreciation for the visual arts. It is only by appreciation and understanding that students develop the urge to create. Once this objective has been achieved in the early stages, then only the intermediate and advanced level courses should help the student develop and further refine his/her technique.
I will be happy so send a full detailed description of my teaching philosophy to the student if needed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have two Master of Fine Art degrees one in painting and the second in Theater set design
