I’ve played at an extremely high level. I’ve coached for a long time and understand it’s not just what I have too teach , it’s how the person I work with understands. Also there is no one exact way for anyone , no robots people have different strengths and weekends so you can’t train people like a robot. Also you need too talk too kids about when you failed as well too many instructors make it like they never made an out or a mistake, it’s game where everyone fails sometimes , it’s hard it’s frustrating and they need too deal with it, and still be productive and succeed. Lastly I talk the game I’m 48 and still learn things all the time, this generation doesn’t watch as much as we did, they have more options then we had growing up , highlights , easy access too all the great plays and they don’t have patience too watch the whole game, not all but most

I always had respect for players who want too work hard, who love too play and knowing that you helped them improve or get too where they wanted too go in there baseball careers , whether it be little league success , school , travel , or even too the pros is a great feeling. I had a good amount of success and will always appreciate the people who helped me.
