I earned a black belt in Tak-Wah Kung Fu
I am a registered Yoga instructor and medical Qi gong instructor
I am currently a white belt in Judo-Jujitsu and Brazilian jujitsu
I have experience training people on focus pads in boxing, kickboxing and Muay Thai.
I am currently learning and practicing Tai chi, Bagua and other forms of Qigong as well as practice and instruct Yoga.
I am a former Yoga Studio owner and head instructor
