Carmelo is an award-winning director and cinematographer. He pioneered the use of DSLR in event cinematography and continues to discover groundbreaking possibilities – he turned the digital sensor into a movie-making machine and pushed it to its absolute limits. He learned how to harness the power of light to tell spellbinding stories and how to apply that knowledge to his projects. In 2007, he finished his filmmaking class at the International Academy of Film and Television with a focus on post production and he drastically improved his crafts.
