  • Jose Martinez

I loved the way my kid was shown the extra attention he needed to learn the sport and develop his skills as he was new to the sport and had never played before.

  • Nayda

Their dedication and passion with the kids.

  • Frank Lipsett

They were very attentive to the specific needs of each individual player and were there every step of the way through out each players development. The season was very competitive and the kids enjoyed themselves.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?

Get to know the student before hand helps out. Inusually start off with asking 3 questions to see where the student is at mentally.

1. Why do you want to train

2. How motivated are you?

3.Where do you see yourself in 10 years?

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I am a former baseball player and currently run and manage my own little league in the South Bronx.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.

$50 for regular workout sessions. Which will consist of a little bit of everything detailed below. More direct training is available at the same price, you jusr need to let me know what is the area you would like to focus on.

Batting Cage price is $200 for 2 hours. We will be at a long cage working on hitting mechanics. Pitchers and will also be trained here if needed.

How did you get started teaching?

I began coaching in Puerto Rico back in 2003. I managed and trained hundreds of kids back in Ciales, Manati, Morovis, Ponce and Santa Isabel. in 2015, I created the Hank Greenberg Little League in the South Bronx to help our inner city kids.

What types of students have you worked with?

ive worked with various students here in NY as well as in Puerto Rico. Majority are kids from homes that can't afford for their child to play in sports.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.

My kids succeeding in life. Theres no greater joy and honor than to see one of your students finally make it to The Show.

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?

Ask yourself, does this instructor want the best for me and my career or is he just out for a check? Huge difference in both type of coaches.

What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?

Am I really ready to sweat out all that pain for the glory of success!
