What is your typical process for working with a new student?
When working with a new student, my goal is to immediately communicate to everyone involve that mistakes are allowed. Basketball is a improvisational game, and before being good at it, many mistakes occur behind close doors. Lastly, weaknesses are good. When a student feels like they have no weaknesses in their game, the purety of the game will be gone for them.
