Hello! I'm Tamar, a cellist and composer based in NYC. I received my Bachelor's degree from the Buchmann Mehta School of Music, Masters degree and Artist Diploma from the Mannes School of Music.
I made my solo debut at Carnegie Hall in May 2023 with my original composition for solo cello, 'Roots.' I'm passionate about teaching and offer personalized lessons tailored to each student's goals and needs.
My approach combines traditional pedagogy while fostering creativity and self-expression. Whether you're a beginner or advanced student, I'm dedicated to helping you reach your full potential as a cellist and musician.
