Elisha Glass Art
About
Taking a wholistic approach on art is what makes me stand out. My services position students to gain awareness of their physical, mental, emotional and spiritual states, which allow us to create from a place of our choosing! I am a certified personal trainer and nutritionist whom incorporates these elements into my painting lessons as desired or requested.
Everything. I am blessed to be able to wake up daily and literally create the world you want to visually, metaphorically and physically live in. The opportunity to connect with others on their journey through art and self is inspiring and motivational. Getting through to those who may feel defeated makes seeing their work come to life worth it!

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Our first lesson is to define and find their style and get to know one another, then progress through basic techniques with instructor guidance and self trial. We track progress through various still life and timed sessions along with the received perception of the level of peace, happiness and joy brought through the trainees work. In addition, I will provide and show students different platforms they may showcase and or sell their work on if desired.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a self taught artist that leverages multiple mediums. I have exhibited with multiple curators throughout the US and Asia and have been teaching visual art since 2010.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
My typical rate is $50 per session. If materials are needed for the student, I would calculate that into the cost and or send a list of the items needed to ensure the proper tools are available.
How did you get started teaching?
I started teaching art as a volunteer for community centers while attending the Ohio state university. I then developed my own program and continued teaching in schools, summer camps, party settings along with one-on-one instruction.
What types of students have you worked with?
I've worked with a variety of students from the ages of 6 to 66 with a wide span of personalities and styles, most of which wanted to learn realism or abstract artwork and benefited tremendously from perspective shifting.
