What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I lilke to look at examples of their work if they have any. Also, I like to discuss where they would like to be as an artist. What are their goals? What are some of the artists that they admire, or would like to emulate?
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Besides taking and teaching classes in art history, drawing, painting, photography, printmaking, sculpture, 2-D & 3-D design and computer graphics, I have work as a clothing designer, a bulletin artist, and a free-lance muralist and painter. I have been exhibiting and selling my own paintings for the past 35 years.
