I am a certified teacher in education and art/photography. I am a compassionate teacher and understand various learning levels and learning styles.
I am passionate about my own creativity and love to see others enjoy their own creativity as well and this is what fuels my lessons.
Though Jackie has an advanced knowledge of photography, she patiently took the time to give me pointers that helped unlock the potential of my Canon T5 Rebel digital camera. In the 80/20 rule of tech etc, where 80 percent of the users only use 20% of the features, Jackie helped me to unlock enough of the 80% to really get fuller use of the camera and take better pictures. I'm considering some more lessons from her to unlock the rest of the potential, though her lessons put me on the path to teaching myself the rest.
When I first meet my new student. I talk to them for a few minutes and sometimes offer a questionaire. The questionaire will give me an idea of what their interest/experience is in a particular subject. I like to create an outline of the lesson and the student can view this prior to our first lesson.
