Trento's Martial Arts and Fitness Center (TMAFC) has an array of different martial arts, led by Master Andrew Trento who belongs to three prestigious lineages in the martial arts world. TMAFC is one of top Taekwondo schools in the Northeast Region belonging to the AAU Taekwondo Program, the number one HaganaH Self-Defense School in New Jersey offering classes and seminars on current affairs of today for self-defense and active shooter responses, and private lessons for traditional Hung Ga Kung Fu as passed down from Wong Fei Hung. TMAFC also has a healing center for aromatherapy, hypnosis, and medical qigong therapy.

I love how dedicated Master Trento is, not only to his craft, but to the dozens of children he teaches. He leads by example and delivers a sense of discipline children, students and human beings in general desire and crave. He provides a warm and caring environment and truly wants his students to be the best they can be, inside and outside his space. It has been a pleasure watching him teach my daughter ❤️💙

When I first met Master Trento I expressed my concern about finishing what I started, something that I had struggled with in my past. He promised that he would hold me accountable throughout my training. The result; I am now a deputy black belt going for my First Dan. Along the way I became part of an amazing family of martial artists. Having a family environment is something Master Trento promotes on a daily basis. These last 4 years have been some of the best in my life. I have accomplished so much and fought through my daily struggles by using the lessons learned on the mats.
