What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Prior to the first session, I talk with the new client to get a feel for where they are in their lives & what their stress triggers are. After our chat we schedule the session. I meet them in person if possible or video chat.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My service is steeped in my life experience. I draw from my dance & singing training, as well as my yoga, meditation & mindfulness practices along with my teaching experience in other fields. I have been a teacher for many many years.
