Hi, I am Yi-Ping Chou whose from Taiwan. I am a current Master's student who studied at Indiana University- Jacobs of Music School. I learned from Prof. Thomas Robertello. I have already had 2 years experience before I study abroad, the only difference is I need to communicate with English. But, I think my skills in communication have been upgrades after study for years, so I started to post my profile and open the courses with students.

In school time, I am a very active performer as a principal flutist in Conductor Orchestra and various opera orchestras. Therefore, I like to play the flute and enjoy the process of preparing different kinds of performances. Due to the COVID-19, I left more time to stay with myself and also think about- what if I turn the performance passion into teaching? I hope I can give every student new thoughts about learning flute and inspired them.

The process of teaching students is always the benefit to both students and teachers. For students, I teach the whole new knowledge and plan the schedule for an individual purpose to a student; for the teacher, I can repeatedly learn from students and remind myself of past knowledge and combine the knowledge together. This is the win-win process for us^^
