I am passionate about my practice in addition to teaching what has helped me to become more centered and healthy. I have several certifications, lots of experience, and I've taught all age groups.
I love sharing what I have learned about how to live a healthier lifestyle, and my own experiences with healing both physically and emotionally are central to my teaching. As a secondary school teacher for many years, I have enjoyed branching out and working with all age groups.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I have a conversation to get information about their goals and hopes and dreams. I offer options and we design a plan together.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
*Two 200 hour yoga and mindfulness/meditation certifications (see website)
*Trauma-informed yoga certification
*ACE personal trainer certification
*Ayurveda studies complete in California and Massachusetts
