Art As Therapy
About
I work in a variety of media using the Creative Journal Expressive Arts methods of journaling with art when clients want to probe an issue they are having. I am also an accomplished artist who works in all kinds of media including: watercolors, acrylics, clay, and mixed media. I have a studio with tons of ideas and help to get you started. I am special since all supplies are included in the price of the lesson, even firing in the kiln for clay. I mostly work with adults but have one kids class during the school year and most of the children return 3-5 years.
I love seeing those who think they can't paint walk out with a picture they are proud of and a smile on their face. There is so many different forms of art, there is something for everyone.
