About Coach Justin Nastasi
With nearly 20 years of varsity coaching experience, Coach Justin Nastasi has built a reputation as one of New Jersey’s top baseball minds. As the Head Coach at Middlesex High School, he has led his teams to five Central Jersey Group 1 titles, three State Championships, and multiple Coach of the Year honors. He has also helped develop countless players who’ve gone on to succeed at the college and professional levels.
Currently, Justin also coaches at Hillsborough High School, where he played a key role in the program’s resurgence—helping the team capture the 2024 Central Jersey Group 4 Championship (their first since 2012) and their first winning season in years.
As a player, Justin was a standout pitcher at Union High School, later competing at Kean University and with the nationally-ranked New Jersey Riptide. His playing and coaching career have given him unique insight into what it takes to succeed at every level of the game.
Through his private baseball lessons, Coach Nastasi combines elite-level knowledge with a hands-on, player-focused approach. He specializes in pitching, hitting, and overall skill development, while also incorporating strength training, throwing programs, and mental performance strategies to help athletes reach their full potential.
