About
I am passionate about teaching this beautiful language and all the charm that is the Italian lifestyle . I engage my students by learning about their interests and tailoring the lessons according to who they are and what they enjoy doing.
My methods are unconventional, and I make it fun to learn incorporating various unconventional activities to bring the language alive. I visit museums and go out to Italian restaurants with my students It becomes a social exchange, so they function in the real world , in real time , using their new skills.
I have spent the best part of my life in Italy, and have been happily teaching for many years. I also do translation, having worked with award winning authors and University professors on various projects.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I first meet with them to get a sense of who they are, what their needs are, what their time frame and restrictions are.
