About

I've been coaching for about 12 years at different levels and ages, also boys and girls. I bear my C license through and I also have the Advanced National Diploma through USC. I currently work for the New York Red Bulls and TSD for about five years already and I am a former coach at TSF and Coastal Sports. I am confident to say that the level of expertise will not be easily find everywhere, in addition to the love and passion for this beatiful sport.

What I enjoy the most is the opportunity to give back a little bit out of the huge joy that being part of the sport has given me throughout my life at every level, as a player and nowadays as a coach. I truly believe that everything is in the details, and it is in the addition of every little step that we can move to the next level, striving for the best version of yourself.

    Victor is a professional, you can immediately tell from the quality of the drills and how he captures kids attention. 100% focused on making sure kids practice with intent and effort. His sessions are a combination of footwork, agility and ball-handling coordination. Also sends video reports at the end of each session allowing the athlete to practice the drills on their own.

    My son start soccer practices with coach Victor this season. I see very good progress in his play during games. I watched most of practices, with drills which coach Victor select kids are working on different aspect of soccer. I like that coach Victor try to correct my son if he doing some drills incorrectly. Also coach provided video report after each practice which give me feedback and possibility to work with son at home, to practice more drills which he performs not great.

    Frequently asked questions

    I usually run a couple of drills that are going to help me recognize the skill level of my new player. Simple drills that will include dribbling, passing, turning and shooting. Once I have a better idea, I'll be able to tailor the sessions according to my player's needs.

    I started by taking my F license at the time because I wanted to eventually coach my son whenever he was ready to start playing Soccer. After I took my first license I discovered that my passion flourished to give back a bit of what this beautiful sport has given me throughout my life. Today, I am proud to say that I'm blessed to be able to coach every day of my life.

    Over these almost 13 years coaching Soccer, I've come to to work with a variety of Soccer players at different levels, from beginners with different ages to proficient elite players. Being able to tailored the sessions to maximize and further develop their skill levels.

    I would strongly encourge you to dare and focus, getting into your training sessions open minded, ready to pay attention to every single little detail given to you from your coach/trainer. Humility is the secret to start with the right foot your journey to the next level. I truly believe that when you put time plus effort into anything you do or work for, you will get nothing but success.

    First of all, be realistic of where you at, at that specific moment (technically, phisically, psychosocially). Then, you will know what you would like to focus on first, what you would like to start with, as well as how long you would like to go for with the training sessions.
