I educate. Baseball is a very strategic and cerebral sport. There are many life lessons within this simple game. A ball player can stand in the field for two hours and do nothing, but then suddenly the player can be called into action to make a play and for those ten seconds you need to be prepared. I am all about the preparation, and I know how the best ballplayers prepare for success.

I enjoy the expression on the face of an athlete when they have realized they learned something that can make them more successful.
