In-person, as well as internet/virtual/phone sessions, are available.
Payment will be made after the initial session (except for internet/virtual/phone). In each subsequent session, payment will be made before the session.
For over 15 years as a Varsity athletic Coach, Counselor, and Consultant I've enjoyed watching athletes and people, in general, show progress athletically, mentally, and socially.
As a certified Reiki II practitioner, Life Coach, and In-Home Personal Trainer, it is immensely fulfilling to help others improve their lives mentally and physically.
