At NJ | Mobile HealthCare (NJMHC), we understand that patient healthcare begins with education and prevention. The NJMHC Strategic Health Initiatives Education & Learning Division (S.H.I.E.L.D.) addresses public health issues and health initiatives through training and education.

The NJMHC continuing education program and healthcare courses are approved by the New Jersey Department of Health and Office of Emergency Medical Services. NJMHC courses are structured for onsite and offsite instruction, enabling NJMHC to travel to agencies and institutions to conduct training and class sessions. NJMHC is a proud member of the American Health & Safety Institute Training Center (ASHI), and NJMHC is an American Heart Association (AHA) training site. In addition, NJMHC offers National Association of Emergency Medical Technicians (NAEMT) and National Emergency Communications Institute (NECI) courses.

Depending on the type of service NJMHC provides, agencies and institutions may be eligible for value added services like on-site safety and medical training. NJMHC value added services include credentials management and equipment maintenance and management.

NJMHC provides Healthcare, Fire, and EMS Career Exploring Programs. The Fire, EMS, and Healthcare Career Exploring is a hands-on program open to young men and women from the 6th grade to 20 years old with an interest in learning more about careers in the field of fire or emergency services. Exploring provides exciting activities and one-on-one mentorship for youth looking to discover their future.
