Rina is incredibly warm, patient and dedicated to her students and their success. She individualizes lessons for each student and helps each one achieve their goals. She is very talented both as an artist and as a teacher. Have been at art of excellence for close to 7 years.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.

Private Lessons and Semi-Private Lessons are offered throughout the year Monday - Friday with some Sunday hours available. Lessons are one-hour long.

Private Lessons are $180 for a set of four consecutive lessons, paid in advance.

Semi-private Lessons are $160 per student for a set of four consecutive lessons, paid in advance.

Throughout the year, Group Lessons at a special rate are offered through invitation only.

What types of students have you worked with?

I have worked with a variety of students in the past 14 years. Although everyone learned new skills, the ones that excelled were highly motivated to improve their observational and drawing skills and they applied themselves to whatever projects they were working on, whether from observation or reference photos.

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?

Be ready to expand your knowledge and skills and be committed to applying what you learn and practice your new drawing skills when you are not in the Studio.
