They cater to children aged 18 months to 22 years old, offering diverse programs from recreational to competitive levels. Their professional and safety-certified coaches teach a variety of disciplines including gymnastics, dance, cheerleading, and martial arts. With over 30 years in operation, they've expanded to include two locations, one a 10,000 sq. ft. facility in Middletown and another a 21,000 sq. ft. facility in Parlin.
