I love to paint and draw and have been doing it since I was a small child. I love it even more today some 40 years later.
I am thrilled to teach people skills that will give them hours of enjoyment and especially lots of fun.. Seeing them progress is very exciting for me.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Initially, I evaluate what skills the student possesses. Is the student a beginner or has advanced skills? Does the person want to just have fun and get a little better or are they very serious and thinking about a career in art.
The goal is to get better and have fun. I believe, anyone can improve their artistic skills, if given the proper lessons.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a B.A. in Fine Arts. I also worked as a Graphic Designer and Art Director for many, many years (30).
I am very out going and love to teach and be around individuals who are interested in art.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Usually $30.00 an hour for painting and drawing. Subject to change in the future. I also recommend a two hour lesson. It is just the right amount of time to learn something new.
