MVP Baseball Lessons

Hi, I’m Matt Vita. I played college baseball at Thomas Jefferson University, where our team was ranked 14th in the nation in all of Division II. That experience taught me discipline, teamwork, and leadership on and off the field. I also earned my degree in Exercise Science, gaining hands-on experience in human movement, strength and conditioning, and injury prevention. This combination of high-level athletics and sports science gives me a strong foundation to help athletes improve performance, recover from injuries, and achieve their goals.
