About
I was a Major League Prospect coming out of New Jersey City University at the Shortstop position. I am currently still playing baseball in a Men's Semi Pro Baseball League now for 33 + years and have traveled around the country and Internationally. I have over 35 years of experience in the game and I am currently a Baseball and Softball Instructor/Coach at the Gamers Baseball & Softball Academy in Kenilworth, NJ for since 2013.
I am also an affiliated with Primetime Baseball based out of Florida, USA which is an organization that does Collegiate Day baseball events in pursuit of assisting High School baseball players attempting to obtain scholarships or possibilities of getting drafted. I also act as an outside liaison in recruiting for Caldwell University in Caldwell, NJ (Division 2)
My main instructions are Infield positions, hitting, and outfield. "Unfortunately I am not a catching or pitching instructor".
I am very passionate about teaching young men and women the specifics of the game and how to conduct themselves on and off the field in a professional manner. I am also a life skills mentor to them.
Fee is $95 per hour. If interested, feel free to leave me a message.
Thank you.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I was privelidged to work with Albert Cipion who was drafted in the 9th round by the Milwaukee Brewers. I trained him at the Shortstop position, but he was drafted out of high school as a Center Fielder. I have also trained many high students that have graduated in 2020 that has committed to Div 1, 2, and 3 to play baseball.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
I would tell them to be sure to put in as much hard work that they can on their own because as a trainer, I may only have them once or twice a week for an hour at a time and that they have themselves more than I would.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
They should always know or have an idea of what their goals are in the game and what steps and questions they can take for themselves to achieve their ultimate goals. I am a believer in having a plan and approach to everything you do in the game and life.
