About

Coach Aldiero's ability to teach, connect and communicate with players of all ages in a fun, yet structured environment is what separates him from others.

After graduating from Montclair State University in 2007, Coach Aldiero became an elementary physical education/health teacher. He has been in the education field for 14 years and is now transitioning into a full time career in basketball skill development.

Coach Aldiero has coached High School Boys Varsity Basketball as an assistant at Howell High School from 2007-2013. In 2016 he started coaching High School Girls Basketball at Brick Township HS as the head JV Coach & Assistant Varsity Coach.

Coach Aldiero was team captain & MVP of the Howell High School Boys Varsity team his senior year in 2001-2002. He was also an all-district 2nd team selection and set a record for the most 3 pointers made in a single season at the time.

From 2002-2004 Coach played college basketball at Brookdale Community College & then went on to play at Montclair State University from 2004-2006.

That being said, Coach Aldiero believes your playing career has nothing to do with your ability to help and teach others. It is just icing on the cake. He believes the true measure of a coach, trainer, teacher, leader is the positive impact left on the people in their lives.

His goal is to help as many kids as possible improve their confidence, character & skills through the game of basketball.

I love seeing the process of kids improving through taking action and believing in themselves. And the relationships formed through the game of basketball.

    Frequently asked questions

For our group skills membership the parent and I would schedule a call. On this call I would ask several questions about their athlete to see how I can help and if we are a good fit to work toghether. After that there would be an evaluation session and then if it's a good fit I would notify the parent that their athlete is invived to join the program. Text me at 732 908-2315 to schedule your call.

College basketball player from 2002-2006 & I've been a teacher for 15 years and a basketball coach since 2007.

Once I learn about a parent's athlete to see if it's a good fit to work together, we would discuss the investment. The investment differs depending on which option is chosen.

In High School I started working at a recreational camp in my hometown and realized I really enjoyed working with kids. From there I went to college and got my degree in Health & Physical Education and became a Teacher. I've always been passionate about basketball so I put the love for teaching and bball together.

All ages & skill levels from 2nd grade to Professionals

A recent event I was fond of was our Teacher's Convention Clinic we had!

Make sure they have evidence that they can truly communicate & teach their subject. By evidence I mean videos that you can watch where they are speaking.

I think seeing them in action is the best way to see if they can help you.
