Hello!

I’m a New York–based multi-genre electronic musician, producer, and multi-instrumentalist, blending IDM, Electronica, Industrial, Experimental, and Glitch.

As my progressive-electronic project Kaiwei, I’ve toured internationally across North America and Asia, and produced for artists including Cherophobiac, Elliot Cole, and Andrés Volkov. My debut LP, “Reprocessor” (“darkly invigorating, glitchy soundscapes, touting a dynamic range from unsettling spaciousness to dexterous rhythmic haunts, at times resembling a cross of Burial and Oneohtrix Point Never” - Obscure Sound 2024) was released under Long Echo Records in 2023. I hold a BM in Performance and an MM in Contemporary Music from The New School’s College of Performing Arts, and am a Found Sound Nation artist fellow under the Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs.

With over 5 years as a music tutor and 7 years in live-production at major NY venues such as Roulette Intermedium, Issue Project Room, The Stone, FourOneOne, and NYU Skirball Center, I bring both technical expertise and creative insight. My formal training also covers editing, functional harmony, music theory, and composition—skills I’m eager to share with aspiring producers and musicians.
