Frome beginner to advanced athletes, there is a place for everyone in pole class!
Our fight camp is a mix of kick boxing, capeoria, circus drills and conditioning and bootcamp to give you not only a fit class unlike anything but is also entertaining and fun!
We focus on ourselves. We focus on improving what we need to be successful. Wether its to work harder or learn to be more forgiving to ourselves and content. We arent here just to push hard, we are here to learn to pace ourselves.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Call, email, or message us. We like to start with a light warm up to see your abilities. We take pride at putting in a level to achieve your goals. Too easy and you wont learn, too hard and nothing is accomplished.
