About
My service offers variety of aproaches towards creating works of art.
I teach the techinque of oil painting in many styles ( in two main categories of realism and abstract art).
I help beginners to establish their own style and originality by introducing a practice of Intuitive Imagery.
I also offer Art as Therapy classes.
Being artist all of my life I live art and I look at the world as an artist. It is a beautiful life of inspiration and joy of creation. I love to help others to create their own art world and express it in a great way in a painitng or a drawing. Participating in joyous creation and seeing my students work with such dedication and progressing quite fast is the greatest feeling for me. I love to combine my knowledge about expansion of consciousness into other dimensions of perception and help others develop access to the higher dimensions through their own art.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
The first 15-30 minutes of the class is getting to know each other and learn about the students desires and needs. During the second part of the class student will create a drawing from a still life and receive a basic instruction about drawing.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a painter for 45 years and have a tremendous amount of experience in painting in many styles. I studied art briefly in the Slade School of Fine arts in London, England and Academie des Beaux Arts in Paris, France, but I consider myself mainly self-taught. My paintig is in a Dutch Royal Collection in Den Haag, Netherlands. I have been teaching art off and on since 1994.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.

Price for 5 lessons is $625 (savings of $250)
Price for 10 lessons is $1000 (savings of $500)
Price for 25 lessons is $1750 (savings of $2000)
How did you get started teaching?
A friend wanted me to teach her 12 years old son. Later, because her son made a great progress, my friend herself signed up for classes as well.
What types of students have you worked with?
Most of my students are people who know they have a desire to create but need guidance to establish a good artistic practice and self confidence as an artist. I teach children and adults, people who want to find therapy in their own artistic expressions or people who want to improve their realistic technique. Most of my students are people who do have a full or part time job and want to realize thir artistic aspirations in their free time. I also taught people who decided to learn painting after retiring.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
When looking for the right teacher try to figure out if that person can really teach you a lot and if you will make progress. In order to find that out ask the teacher their teaching techinique and what are the expected results upon going through the program.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
It is good to know one's own aspirations. It is good to know how one feels about their own atristic creations so far. It is good to ask the teacher as many questions as possible about what they can expcet from the teacher.
