About
What stands out the most about the service I give to my students is the emotional connection, academic training and experience I give. It's not just about me as a trainer, it's about tapping into their emotions and inspiring my students to reach for goals they thought were unattainable.
The area I enjoy the most about working with my students are when the moment of satisfaction, determination and hard work all come together as one. Sharing those emotional moments make everything we've been through worth it.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
When I first train a new student I go through the process of evaluating and assessing their physical and mental fitness. After the assessment, I formulate a training plan to gradual improve their physical and mental fitness according to their strengths and weaknesses.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been training since I was a kid growing up, playing different sports such as basketball, football, soccer, and track and field. Also, studying a curriculum though NASM ( National Academy of Sports Medicine).
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
My standard pricking for a personal session is $40 per hour. Also, I have a team pricing which is $15 per student for 10 students or less, $10 per student for 11 or more students.
How did you get started teaching?
i first got started teaching with my kids sports teams. I volunteered with NYS (Nevada Youth Sports) which I still do til this day. I believe giving back to your community is a good way of helping those less fortunate and believe it's our human duty to help others achieve higher goals for themselves!
What types of students have you worked with?
I've worked with all sorts of student. Students who've been athletes all of their lives, students who want to be come better and also students who took a break and want to get back into physical and mental fitness.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
My most recent event I'm fond of. A student that I train 2x per week had a fitness test with her soccer team. She placed 2nd on her team in their fitness test events in five categories. She also placed 3rd in the other 2 events. Seeing the progress of my students is what I'm most proud of.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
