Henderson Aikido & Yoga

Founded in 2009, Henderson Aikido & Yoga is a community-oriented center located in Henderson, Nevada. They offer classes in the peaceful Japanese martial art of Aikido and the balancing practice of Yoga. Catering to adults, teens, and children, their classes are not segregated by age or size, promoting a fun, friendly, and stimulating training environment. They believe in better living through movement, focusing on self-esteem, concentration, and awareness.
