Hi there! I’m Jaydah and I’ve been practicing yoga for almost 12 years, certified for 9 years. I’m currently amidst my 300hr yoga teacher training as well and am so excited to share my knowledge with my students. I focus specifically on anatomy and alignment. Creating a gentle yet satisfying experience for each customer is my standard!
Yoga and fitness have changed my life so drastically at such a young age. I love helping other people grow and see progress, build confidence, healing.
