About
Craig Wong and Dan Harrington's are co-owners. We have a combined 4 decades of experience in firearms training . Our background is in military and law enforcement. We are now focusing on civilian firearms training for self defense. We focus on firearms skill sets but we also incorporate legal and ethical issues in our training based on real world experiences. Our goal is to provide training to members of our community to help them protect themselves and their loved ones. We always strive to help our students achieve and exceed their training goals. We work with new shooters on basic firearms training to advanced defensive firearms training. Our classes are safe, fun and educational.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
When we teach a basic pistol class we cover firearms safety, how a gun functions, and fundamentals of marksmanship.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We both have held various certificates in military and law enforcement firearms training. We both currently work with active law enforcement and military professionals in their training programs. We also hold civilian firearms training certificates such as NRA pistol and CCW firearms instructor.

How did you get started teaching?
We started teaching during our careers in law enforcement and military.

Civilians, law enforcement and military personnel of all levels.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
We enjoy working with civilians and watching them grow. We recently held a ladies only basic pistol class and it was a rewarding experience because of how much they learned. It was also one of the funnest classes we had.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
We suggest your firearms instructors are vetted. Real world experience is extremely valuable when teaching defensive firearms classes.
