Sparks Art Paint Party

Sparks Art Paint Party provides a very relaxing atmosphere along with all the necessary art supplies you need to learn how to draw/paint with acrylics. We also play music in the background and greatly encourage creativity.

Caitlin Sparks, the owner and main artist at Sparks Art Paint Party, is an experienced artist that is incredibly patient and helpful when teaching new techniques.

We provide individual lessons, group lessons, mobile painting events, rent out the studio for private events, team building events, date nights, kids camps, and kids painting classes. We also can create custom paintings and provide commission pieces when requested.

Art has been a passion of mine since I was a little girl. I was the kid that drew on the walls, doodled in class, and was always told that I would be an Artist when I grew up...even though I never believed that.

Now I am literally living the dream life that I never knew was possible. I have a passion to not only create, but to help others through art in any way that I can and I love teaching new techniques/developing newly discovered passions in others.

I grew up in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina and attended a special high school called the Academy of Arts, Science, and Technology. I received a certificate from there for Advanced Visual Arts and learned a lot of various techniques.

I continued my education at Coastal Carolina University where I received a Bachelors of Science in Psychology while taking advanced studio art classes in drawing and painting. My next goal in the near future is to continue my education and get a Master's Degree in Art Therapy/Counseling.

Art is incredibly therapeutic and insightful when it comes to emotions. Emotions can be translated in art through various brush strokes, color choices, intensity, etc.

I have taught hundreds of acrylic painting classes for all ages for about 6 years now. I get so excited to see the masterpieces that everyone creates and how they put their own unique twists on it.

I created large murals for a National franchise, Medieval Times Dinner and Tournament, back in Myrtle Beach, SC. I did various art-related projects for them for about 3 to 4 years up until I moved to Las Vegas to open my own Art Studio.

I have won several art-related awards. I won Best of Show for the state of South Carolina with a mixed media pen/ink and watercolor portrait using typography (creating pictures out of words). I also have won Best of Show, People's Choice Awards, and First Place in sidewalk chalk art compeitions.

I enjoy meeting new people and helping them achieve their goals, whatever those might be at that stage in their life. I have a passion for expression and believe that people can achieve anything, even if it is beyond their wildest dreams/expectations.
