Yesterday July 25 I took a Qigong workshop with master Sumun from Durango Center, which is my center. Afterwards I felt empowered n enriched by the experience. The masters are so giving n caring about their members they are always encouraging us to take workshops n classes to strengthen our Dahnjon n our connection to body n Soul. I certainly try to sign up for as much as I can. I feel healthier n stronger since I began attending 9 months ago. The Qigong is definitely an exercise I plan to incorporate into my exercise routine as I felt great afterwards. Ty Durango for all ur love n care.
