    Being new to this kind of work, it was initially and still is at times very uncomfortable, however Noella’s approach has made me very comfortable with getting uncomfortable and that’s where the growth happens.
    I was at a point in my life where I felt like I had tried everything in my arsenal to break my patterns and move past my blockages, but I kept replaying the same stories. With Noella’s help I’ve grown exponentially and it’s been a beautiful process, and one of the most inspiring things is knowing her story of where she’s been and who’s she been, to who she has become and why she does the work she does, keeps me going and putting in the work and doing the daily practices to get out of my way.
