My business stands out because I give each student focus. Focus is having a foundation with confidence, a better understanding in the studies, and steps toward the future. In addition to this, I teach by using strategies and fundamentals. I feel that using strategies and fundamentals helps the student should be able to think vividly and create them to a better understanding while I encourage the efforts and promote their potential growth.
What I enjoy about the work that I do is when I am teaching and my students. I like the fact that they are learning and understanding what they need to continue in the present and future studies and school. I enjoy the reward of their smile and appreciation from what I am teaching them. I enjoy working with each student and making their eyes of understanding more clear. I enjoy creating lesson plans and notes that I provide for each of my students. I enjoyed their personality and attitude towards me as to be courteous and respectful. This helps when I am tutoring and teaching them so that they will stay focus and understand the lessons that has been taught. Being creative is one of the attributes to my program. This helps because the student is having fun while learning and are smiling simultaneously. I enjoy meeting them and bringing knowledge of understanding to them as clear as water in a glass. I enjoy the parents respect and appreciation for me helping their children to become better prepared in their study for school. I like when my heart is filled with fruition as success is being made because understanding is clear and profound in their minds. I like at the end of each session confusion is all gone and understanding is present. I like when their homework, quizzes, tests, and class participation along with understanding increases and they see their potential like a flower that blossoms. I like when they have confidence and they are engaging with me and participating with great effort. Tutoring and teaching has a mini rewards and I love my job to the upmost.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
My typical process for working with a new student is as follows. First, I would get familiar with them by having a conversation about the subject in question, while, simultaneously; giving them a student-evaluation. This evaluation gives me the pivot point to where I need to start to build a students foundation for a better success. In addition to this, I will also review to see if there are any questions that need to be answered in order to proceed. Subsequently; we will begin.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The education/training that I have which relates to my work is as follows. I have worked with elementary students for over three years and I have worked with middle school students for over one year. I am currently working with the middle school students and charter school. I started tutoring and teaching in college at Alabama state university and college algebra and pre-calculus. I was chosen, selected, and honored as one of the top 10 professional tutors on the website of tutors.com about four months ago. These are the educational and training that I have had.
How did you get started teaching?
I started teaching at Alabama state university and college algebra and pre-calculus and as well as Auburn university at Montgomery. Although; I relished my job of helping at these colleges, I wanted to help children so that I can make their present and future endeavors brighter. Subsequently; I started tutoring and recreational centers, boys and girls club, YMCA's, elementary schools, and middle schools. As a result, I started my own business called a tutor for you-A kid's fun to success. At the present and moving forward, I tutor and teach kindergartners through eighth graders in various subjects. I tutor and teach an English, math, spelling, reading, and writing.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with elementary and middle school students. I have worked with them in subjects as English, math, reading, writing, and spelling. I have worked with first graders, second graders, third graders, fourth graders, fifth graders, six graders, seventh graders, and eighth graders. I have worked with these particular students and have given them lesson plans and notes so that they can continue success in the future. I have worked with students by whom needed prerequisites to continue their learning education because they needed a foundation to start to build for the future. I have also work with students that needed to be taught the lesson in order to proceed in school.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
The recent event that I am fond of was when I taught a girl in six grade and the notes and lesson plans with each sessions that we had really helped her to increase her grades in school. The joy that she felt after passing her test and her homework was unforgettable. Her parents were grateful and thankful and very appreciative of the work that I had done with her, but it was not me, it was her that did the work and all that I did was my job. Her reward was my knowledge of education and my reward was her smile of understanding. Helping her to reach her potential and for her to see her growth and a better understanding is something that I will not ever forget.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
The advice that I will give a student looking for a teacher in my profession is to find a teacher that can give a good understanding. This is important because an understanding of the material would be beneficial for the students. Make sure that your questions are specific so that the teacher can target the area by which they need to start to create improvement. When I am tutoring and teaching, I get a student focus. Focus is having a foundation with confidence, a better understanding in their studies, and steps toward their future, if I did not do this, I would not get the results that I have been getting for a better understanding from each student. It is important for both students and teachers to have a connection so that understanding can be made clear. so, questions need to be made clear so that the teacher can target the point and area that they need to create improvement. you cannot have improvement unless understanding is made clear and therefore; success will be accomplished. to get an understanding, you have to ask the correct questions so that understanding can be given.

Students thinking through specific questions when asking teachers about their needs so that understanding can be simple to obtain. The questions have to be specific because the teacher needs to know what they have to target in order for improvement to be obtained. You have to have a connection with your teacher so that your understanding can become profound and your questions can be answered. So, in order to get something from your teacher you have to give them something to work with so that they can give you the understanding and improvement that you need in your studies.
