We are the oldest existing gymnastics school in the capital district. We offer gymnastics classes for girls 2-18 years old. We also offer birthday parties and school vactation camps.
Northeast Institute of Gymnastics has been in existence for 40 years. The school is the oldest gymnastics school in Albany. We feature a 5,000 square foot training facility complete with a full line of women's Olympic apparatus and the area's largest selection of preschool equipment. Northeast also features a foam-filled pit for safe learning progressions, as well as a 25 foot long Tumble-Track to teach tumbling. Northeast Gymnastics is a proud member of the USAIGC (United States Association of Independent Gymnastics Clubs). Our goal is to become the highest quality gymnastics program in the Albany, New York area.
