1% Better Training

Hi my name is Angel Quiles and I am a current student athlete at Plattsburgh State University. I’ve traveled all around the country and competed in some of the top most competitive travel baseball tournaments. I’ve played with and against the best of the best and understand what it takes to compete at the next level. My goal when teaching students is to focus on both the physical and mental aspects of the game. I like to keep my training sessions fun, competitive, and unique. I will focus on all aspects of the game including hitting, defense, and game situations. I can’t wait to get to work and get 1% better each day!!!
