First, I love the game of Baseball.
Hitting: I can see just from your swing and how you move your body, Tells me what you need to do to maximaze your batting. I have many techniques that I break down to correct your swing.
Pitching: There are 9 moves in a pitching motion that needs to be done to fully throw a great pitch. I can show you how to stream line your motion and build speed and movement in each pitch you throw.
Just like hitting, You need to rely on your legs as much you use your top half of your body. Your legs are very important to your game. It's the base.

Excercise; I have many workouts that helps build the body to take care of yourself. You need to work out and train your body as much aas you play baseball. If you want to play for a long time and stay active. Working out is cruical to your game.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
First thing is to see what is their baseball knowledge. What they want to do and what are their weaknesses.
I am great at breaking down what they need to fine tune their skills.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been playing baseball for over 35 years. I've always been helping people out with their training, But recenlty I decided to take to another level.
I started coaching a travel baseball team based in New York called The New York Grays. We have three teams from 14u to 18u in the organization. We travel all over the East Coast and Play in front of Pro and College Scouts.
What we do with these kids is train them to seen and build them up as men and baseball players.
We also have Major League Players like Harrison Bader on the St Louis Cardinals. Many others has been offered scholarships to colleges all over the United States.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.
The 14U was just part of the Baseball Heavens Playoffs battling to get to the finals. Great energy out the team and fans and you can feel the emotions running during the game.
