About
Every training is custom to the athlete there is no straight workout guide. I will create an improvement guide for the athlete to improve in areas that need work and sharpen other skills. Basketball is a mental game as much as physical so expanding the athletes mind on the sport is vital to progress.
I enjoy teaching and passing on the skills I have learned, practiced, and preformed in various settings. I have played 8 years plus organized / high school / college basketball / coached youth leagues. The best part of my job is when an athlete says " I cannot " and then pulls off the left hand layup, cross over, jumpers, and dunks! This is the best part of being a coach / trainer!
