My name is Ralph Richardson and I am a basketball coach living in Ft. Greene Brooklyn. I have played basketball in high school, college and the pros. I teach positionless basketball. Which means you will learn how to defend multiple positions, create from the perimeter, and shoot at an elite level.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
My process starts with the basics. Doing fu dynamic drills that reinforce the basics while creating a love and understanding of the game.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have played multiple sports including basketball from high school, college, and pro.

How did you get started teaching?
My son wasn't learning much from some of the coaches he has had in football and basketball.
Frustrated, he forced me off of the sidelines and into coaching. So I would like to thank my son for that! :)
What types of students have you worked with?
Most of the students I have worked with are between 9-11.
I have recently taken on a teenager and an adult.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Be hungry and be dedicated to be the best player you can be.
