Here at gri9tv as we are going to challenge you physical but also mentally. The brain is like a muscle, that needs to be trained and developed. As my time playing semi professional basketball and coaching AAU basketball this pass summer. I have realize the biggest barrier with most athletes is the mental aspect to game but also in life.
