We've been told that elite athletes are born with talent, but the mainstream training community could not identify exactly what is “talent”. Our research reveals that elite athletes use their feet differently without their awareness, overtime this difference morphs the feet through Hyperarch Mechanism . There are identifiable signs in the foot that demonstrate Hyperarch expression in the foot of elite athletes. Hyperarch Fascia Training is evidence based and is focused on fascia tensioning in the foot which kicks off the metamorphosis within the body. There are 4 levels that had been identified that measures how connected and responsive the fascia system is. By training with us, you will gain insight into how your body is connected holistically and improve your fascia fitness and become glutes dominant overtime. Hyperarch Fascia Training is taking the essence of eastern martial arts training ( "Being still is not the same as doing nothing" ) and combining with the reverse engineering of the intrinsic foot engagement pattern of the elite athletes. Integrating it into a training system of the feet which emphasize the contact point and the tension in the fascia. The training catalyzes changes in the body overtime, builds superior neurological connection from the feet the gluteus maximus and the abdominal muscle groups at the same time making the tendon/fascia system compliant.

    Before I started working with Chong Xie I had terrible knee pain , jumpers knee that came from really tight quads.I had to stretch my quads for a really long time just to reduce a tiny bit of the knee pain for a few hours but the pain just kept coming back every day it was so bad it even hurt while just sitting I couldnt stand it my knees were swelling I was thinking about quitting basketball. I have watched all the youtube videos of the hyper arch mechanism but I was kind of skeptical about it at first. But I just couldnt stand my jumpers knee.The pain was so bad I had a hard time walking and even standing. So I taught I will give Chong Xies mechanism a shot. I bought the whole package ebook + facebook group and started training with his methods. I have to admit the knee pain didnt disappear like magic it took some weeks getting comfortable with the mechanism and applying it while running and playing basketball. As I got more and more comfortable with the mechanism I started to get all the benefits. I was finally free of the terrible knee pain, I started to get sore in the whole posterior chain and abs and that was something new to me. As I continued with the training I started to feel my posterior chain getting activated while doing physical activities like running and jumping. I want to thank Chong Xie for the discovery of the hyper arch mechanism because for me it was really life changing I went from having terrible knee pain and a hard time walking and standing to being able to play basketball with absolutely no knee pain and that is not the only benefit of it. The hyper arch mechanism is amazing it makes you so much more explosive and light on your feet and movements like running , jumping , cutting become almost effortless.

    To be honest many people will be skeptical about purchasing the book and i was one of them. To break this you must think logically and ask yourself questions like how we as humans would of ran years ago as I currently get pain running barefoot or just observe your body and others.
    In the performance factor hyperarch has done wonders, its made running and jumping more effortless as well as increasing my range. I used to get tired out with my quad and always wished that I could run like I was a child, thanks to this book Im running properly with the bounce.
