I am a Pilates instructor that teaches mat as well as reformer. I have been practicing Pilates for 3 years now and find it be the best workout. I gives you a new perspective on how to work your body and gives you more confidence than you would imagine. If you are looking for a way to stay consistent with keeping in shape but haven't found your niche type of workout, I highly suggest Pilates.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Typically we would go through an inital session to see how the client moves. Moving forward, I would develop a program to help the client reach their goals.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am certified as a personal trainer with a specialty in Pre/Post Nadal, Corrective Exercise, Weight Loss, Behavior Change and Nutrition.
How did you get started teaching?
I started teaching about 4 years ago. Previous to training I was an employee at Cablevision. I was not happy working a desk job and wanted to make a difference in the lives of others by improve their fitness health. Whether that was to look and feel better in their clothes, being able have fun and chase around their kids, or look attractive to their significant other. My goal has always been to give my clients the realistic goals that want to accomplish.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked students that have the goal of losing weight as well as students looking to add muscle and drop body fat.
