He listens to what you want to achieve and accommodates to your scheduling. He is the best cheerleader to have in your corner when you feel there is no improvement; he sees it and cheers you on to the next step.

During this time of Covid I've like most people sitting at home had gained some weight. I hired KMAYO Fitness to assist me in reaching my goal and I couldn't be happier. He tailored a daily workout program and diet for me. He kept me on point and in a little over a month and a half he's helped me lose 20lbs. I would refer KMayo Fitness to anyone.

If I could give him 5 out of 5 I would he is a very caring trainer. He is experienced and knows what he is doing I have seen great changes to my body and I am stronger healthier and more confident in myself. I am so thankful for having him as a trainer I have had other trainers who are unprofessional don’t really care about your needs and more expensive
