I grew up in martial.arts and fitness was a natural fit.

What types of students have you worked with?

Describe a recent event you are fond of.

I recently had a male client aged 50+ with CONGENITAL DIASTASIS RECTI... He was born with abs that did not close. After 9 months of training, the closed permanently and he saved over $150k on surgery by investing $12k. Into personal training. I am very proud of him and he worked out 3x a week for 9 months. This is why I train, to help.people develop quality lifestyles and lives.

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?

MAKE SURE THEY ARE CERTIFIED AND THEY HAVE EXPERIENCE. DO NOT GET A YOUNG TRAINER IF YOU ARE A SENIOR CITIZEN, GET A PRE/POST NATAL TRAINER IF YOU ARE PREGNANT OR POST PARTUM.

Basically, get a trainer with experience, you get what you pay for.

What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?

ARE YOU READY FOR CHANGE? Check it out:

Fitness is a committment, you must stick to it.

Fitness is an investment in your best self, which requires self discipline and making time to create change.

For instance, I have told clients theycan not get drunk every weekend spening money and not workout. Alcohol has sugar and creates unwanted fat for males and females. BE SURE TO INVEST IN YOUR HEALTH.

No one can convince ANYONE to work out or be healthy, make sure that anyone who wants to workout is WILLING TO DO THE WORK to evolve before contacting an instructor. BELIEVE IT AND ACHIEVE IT!
