Welcome to Somasound! I provide personalized ONLINE lessons for guitar, bass guitar, and drums, catering to all proficiency levels, for beginner as young as 5 year old to advanced musicians. As a Berklee College of Music graduate with 15 years of teaching experience, I aim to help you improve your technique, explore different music styles, and develop improvisation skills.

My teaching approach is tailored to each student, with lessons designed to match your interests while harnessing your unique strengths and creative expression. Alongside building essential instrument skills, we’ll dive into what inspires your musical exploration.

I have extensive experience teaching children, young adults, and professionals who take up music as a hobby, ensuring that every lesson is both enjoyable and effective.

Im loving my online Handpan and Music theory lessons at Soma Sound Academy. My teacher is fantastic - incredibly friendly, with a great sense of humor, and his classes are always clear and structured. Starting as an adult with no musical background, Ive found him to be patient and supportive, constantly motivating me to improve. Hes undeniably skilled, and Ive witnessed his outstanding performances in solo concerts. His passion for music and expertise in both the Handpan and drums shine through in his teaching. Ive been searching for drumming and percussion lessons for my kids for a very long time, but none of the teachers seemed to click until we found Soma Sound Academy. Now, my kids are absolutely happy with their private online music lessons, and theyre developed a newfound love for the drums and percussion rhythms. Surprisingly, I dont even have to remind them to practice; they are so excited to do it on their own and are able to focus more other task as well since theyve been playing.
