About
My goal is to show students that they will be capable to bring their imagination to life through painting and drawing. Starting with the basics and learning different techniques, they will be able to create drawings and paintings through observing the world around them and then combining it with their imagination in order to create wonderful pictures.
I've been an artist and designer for over 10 years. I've exhibited and sold my artwork at different galleries within the United States and also work as a graphic designer. I've earned my bachelors in fine arts and illustration from The School of Visual Arts in New York City.

What I most enjoy about painting and drawing is the ability to be able to bring ideas to life and help students achieve their artistic goals, through teaching them new techniques and skills.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
First sessions will be learning the basics of drawing and painting. Some background on known artists to gain inspiration and then start drawing! Most important will be to start off with small warm ups for your eyes and hands. Learning to draw what you see from observation.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BFA in Illustration from The School Of Visual Arts in New York City. Where I studied painting and drawing from observation. Including figurative models, still lifes and portrait drawing. Furthermore, I studied illustration and how to create pictures that tell stories while using different mediums and techniques.
