Pizzarello Art

With 15 years experience in art education at the Middle school, high School, and college level -I am able to handle any teaching situation. I specialize in classical training and can educate students in many different forms of drawing, painting, printmaking, ceramics, sculpture, designing and crafting. I work well with learners of any age and students with special needs. I have an MS in Education and Special Education and an MFA in Painting. I love teaching Paint Night events as well as children's birthday parties. I am flexible and know how to make painting fun and simple for every age and skill level.

My favorite part of being an educator is teaching art appreciation. I love knowing what my students learn, they take with them and share with others. When a student finally grasps a technique, executes it properly and confidently, it is an exhilarating rush. I love watching new techniques become habits and student creativity grow as it becomes unencumbered by technical deficiency. The best thing about art is that you can always push it further. You can always continue an idea or process and evolve it. It is an endeavor of neverending work and reward.
